Who am I?
Hi! I am Madi. I have a Sport and Exercise Sciences degree with the University of Birmingham’s School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Science. It has given me an in depth knowledge of fitness and nutrition and why it is so important for the general public.
I have been instructing Exercise to Music since 2018 as well as being a healthy lifestyle practitioner. I have experience working with all age groups, which allows me to provide a more tailored service for all.
