What do I need to bring to attend a class?
Please make sure you are wearing suitable clothing, including supportive trainers. For some classes you will need an exercise mat/towel for floor work. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.
How fit do I need to be?
All fitness levels are welcome there are a variety of intensity options throughout the class. You can take a rest at any point if your body needs to.
Can I attend the class if I have a long term illness or injury?
On arrival of your first class, you will be asked to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). Highlight on the questionnaire any illnesses/injuries you have and the instructor will go through alternative exercise/options you can do throughout the class.
What age do I need to be to attend the class?
Anyone over the age of 18 can attend the class. Young people aged over 14 can attend the class but need to be accompanied by an adult.
