Beginner Classes (This Girl Can)
Where getting it wrong is totally alright
This Girl Can Classes will give you the confidence to try new moves, understand different fitness class options, and make new friends.Â
It is a project funded by Sport England and the National Lottery
Each week there will be two 10-minute blocks of exercise with an interval in the middle. The main blocks will be different each week, giving you a taster of different styles allowing you to try new things in a supportive environment.
Blame it on the Boogie
Aerobic/Dance Class
Dance/Aerobics based class that gradually builds the heart rate up to your cardiovascular peak! With great music to move to the beat, we have fun while burning calories.
There are different intensity options throughout the class suitable for all!
Tone it up!
Strengthen/Tone Class
Strength/Tone class for the entire body. Working on the core muscle group, we will squat, press and crunch the Wright way to a stronger you.
We will challenge ourselves to reach new levels but we have great music to get us through!

Strength and Stretch
Strength and stretch class for the entire body. Working on the core muscle group, focusing on our breath we build strength and stretch deeply.
Take 30 minutes to work on yourself inside and out.
